Q: Is each Barbara Helman artwork an original?
A: Yes, each Barbara Helman piece is an original, created by the artist herself. For this reason, all edition sizes are limited and will not be extended in the future.

Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Due to the fact Barbara Helman art is custom-made and hand-crafted, Limited Edition originals may take 2 months to complete and 3 to 5 business days to ship. Shipping times for Barbara Helman artwork will be made available to seller before purchase.

Q: Is there a down payment required upon ordering?
A: Since all pieces are Barbara Helman originals, the artist requires a 20% deposit upon ordering and the remainder upon shipping the artwork.

Q: Is art a good investment?
A: There are of course works of art that are always “on the rise,” such as works by the masters or very well-established artists. However, when buying work by contemporary, living artists, the key rule should still be to buy what you like, and avoid anyone that suggests that you should buy it as an “investment.”

Q: What is your policy or practice in regards to donations or charities?
A: Barbara Helman art receives numerous requests for donations and the gallery takes a great deal of care in determining which initiatives to support. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of requests received Barbara Helman art is not able to accommodate all of the worthy requests.
